Inc. recognizes that occupational health
and safety is as much a corporate concern
as productivity, quality, and customer
service. Our ultimate objective is to
protect our staff against job related
injuries and to make incident prevention
a priority. To achieve this objective,
Flatcon Floors Inc. is committed to:
- Ensuring a safe and
healthy worlding environment in accordance
with industry standards and in compliance
with legislative requirements.
- Elimination of any
foreseeable hazards, which could result
in personal injury/illness or property
damage.
- Provide quality education
and safety training programs to ensure
an injury and incident free workplace.
- Orientation of responsibilities
at every level to ensure the success
of the program through safety initiatives,
minimizing incidents, following safe
work practices, helping to find solutions
to hazards & identifying risks.
- Complete and active
participation by everyone, every day
in ever job is necessary for the safety
excellence the company expects.
Safety regulations
and good work methods will be enforced
to ensure the safety of everyone.Occupational

Inc. employees; including but not limited

Occupational
Health & Safety Policy
COR
Flatcon Floors
is pleased to be at the stage of obtaining
our COR recognition where ACSA is presently
reviewing our Health, Safety, and Environment
manual. It is anticipated that by early
summer we will have achieved full COR
recognition.
CanQual
Flatcon Floors
is pleased to be at the stage of registering
for Canqual recognition. We anticipate
that full Canqual acceptance and recognition
will be in place by early summer
QA/QC
Flatcon Floors
is pleased to be proceeding with a Quality
Control/Quality Assurance Policy and
Program. We anticipate to have procedures
and policies documented to the manual
stage by early summer.
