Felice (Phil) Troilo
Phil brings over 20 years of hands on experience as a finisher/mason to the company.
Phil has worked as an employee or partner in various companies supplying place and
finish services in the residential, commercial, highrise, and industrial markets.
Numerous bridge decks add a uniqueness to Phil's capabilities. Phil's extensive concrete
knowledge will enable a client to achieve the best end result on slabs, stairs, sidewalks,
stamp work, or other specialty needs. With an emphasis on safety and quality, Phil will
work with individual clients and assist in any way to ensure satisfaction. One of the keys
to Flatcons success is that Phil, as the owner, insists on hands-on involvement on almost all jobs.
Lee Anne Troilo
Lee Anne, Phil's spouse, has persevered from day one with the implementation of Flatcon Floors. Lee Anne - now Office Manager - ensures all payroll, invoicing, payables, receivables, etc. are in order and up to date. All auditable paperwork is also in Lee Anne's scope of responsibilities.
John Maychos
John, with over 30 years experience in heavy civil/industrial situations, was brought on
board as Manager of Operations and Safety. John has worked across Canada on major
unique concrete projects. From the Revelstoke dam - containing over 3 million yards of
concrete - to major bridge projects and oil sand expansions, John's experience coupled
with Phil's gives an unparalleled pool of knowledge to share in assisting with client
needs. While John's main tasks are safety and quality assurance, the scheduling,
bidding, invoicing, and equipment needs of the company will also fall under his care.
Garrett (Gman) Palichuk
Gman is the Foreman for the most important part of the team; the guys that get it done. Gman is kept aware of the schedule and is responsible for ensuring that the crew is onsite and ready for each new day's pour. Gman tracks the crew's time, ensures all required tools are available, and ensures compliance with all safety regulations. Gman's experience in the placing and finishing business coupled with his work ethic and integrity are a major part of Flatcon Floors ability to deliver the top quality work our customers have been able to receive.
Anthony (Tony) Whitford and Dustin (Dusty) Grekul
Tony and Dusty are the leaders of the finishing crew. The main responsibility of the finishers is of course the quality end product, but for Tony and Dusty the prep work involved is considerable. Each day is long and involves ensuring their equipment is maintained and transported daily to each new pour. Tony and Dusty stay up-to-date on the newest finishing technologies and equipment that comes available. Flatcon Floors will remain a leader in the industry with the most modern techniques and top rate finishers led by Tony and Dusty.
