Flatcon Floors uses modern industry leading finishing methods. Flatcon finishing machines, whether riding model or walker, are late model and maintained to manufacturers specifications. Flatcon utilizes late model pickups and trailers to move our placing and finishing crews as well as equipment from job to job. All Flatcon vehicles carry top liability insurance and are maintained to manufacturers specifications.
Flatcon Floors utilizes only experienced, qualified crews. Our company policies ensure proper training has been provide to all employees. Our crews are capable of placing and finishing up to 25,000 square feet of flatwork a day. Any sealer, hardener or other required additives can be applied to the specifications requested.
Superflat and F- factor tolerances as well as any finish specified can be provided with our internal quality control personnel available to assist our clients with any interpretation or procedure issues. Flatcon Floors takes pride in being able to work together with our clients to provide the best end result available.
